This is crucial for us, as Nate requires medication three times a day, including up to 18 pills during a single visit. Additionally, when my son's blood pressure runs high, the nurses immediately report it to his PCP. As a mother, it is incredibly comforting to know this is monitored during every visit. On multiple occasions, when their schedules allowed, nurses have even stayed through a crisis until paramedics arrived. The staff genuinely cares about their clients' health and welfare. Nate was also fortunate enough to see one of his nurses recognized for outstanding service. Commending and encouraging the staff speaks very well of the agency, creates a pleasant work environment, and positively impacts client care.
